Personal statements:
I believe everyone deserves a place where they can come as they are—without judgment, without expectations, and without having to have everything figured out. Life can be messy, relationships can be complicated, and sometimes it's hard to know what comes next. You don't have to have the right words or even know exactly what you need before reaching out.
As a Marine veteran, wife, and mother, I have seen how complicated life can be and how resilient people can be. My approach is compassionate, curious, and collaborative. I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, relationships, environment, and spirit—and that there is often more strength within us than we recognize. Rather than focusing only on what is wrong, I want to understand what you have experienced, what has helped you through difficult times, and what you need as you move toward healing and growth.
My own path into this work wasn't exactly a straight one. Looking back, I can see God continually leading me toward helping others, even when I was determined to wander in another direction. My faith has taught me that the difficult parts of our story don't have to define how that story ends. It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they discover hope, healing, and what comes next.
