Personal statements:

It can be difficult to navigate through tough times alone.  In Psalm 46:10, God says “Be still and know that I am God”.  He tells us that even in times of difficulty and chaos, we can trust Him to be there.

Therapy gives us the opportunity to be still, reflect and grow. Sometimes we need someone to walk beside us to support the healing journey we seek for ourselves. Taking care of you is the most important gift you can give yourself.  God calls us to a life of peace and joy!  Transformation can be amazing and challenging, yet so rewarding. I am so glad you’ve taken this brave and vulnerable step toward healing.

For more than 20 years, I’ve been honored to work with families and follow my passion for helping others. I hope that as we work together, you feel my passion for supporting your individual and personal journey.  There is no timetable for transformation and healing. Sometimes we make forward strides and then we struggle with setbacks.

I love offering new ways to think about things and finding the blessings in each experience even when it’s tough.  I look forward to meeting you!
