Personal statements:

Sometimes life leaves us feeling disconnected from who we are.

You may find yourself carrying the weight of trauma, grieving a significant loss, recovering from a painful relationship, or navigating a major life transition. You may feel exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps you've spent so much time caring for others that you've lost sight of yourself in the process.

You may be asking yourself:

  • Why can't I move on?

  • Why do I still miss someone who hurt me?

  • How do I trust myself again?

  • Why do I feel stuck, even though I know I want things to change?

  • How do I heal from what happened?

  • Who am I now after everything I've been through?

  • Where is God in all of this?

If these questions resonate with you, you are not alone.

I am passionate about helping adults, adolescents, and parents navigate life's difficult seasons with greater clarity, confidence, and hope. Many of the clients I work with are healing from trauma, recovering from emotionally unhealthy relationships, adjusting to major life transitions, managing anxiety, or learning new ways to support themselves and the people they love.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to be honest about your struggles and empowered enough to make meaningful changes. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with the values and strengths that matter most to you.

I also enjoy supporting adolescents who are navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the challenges of growing into who they are. In addition, I work with parents seeking support as they navigate behavioral concerns, neurodivergence, trauma, family changes, and the many complexities of raising children and teens.

For clients who desire it, I am comfortable integrating faith into the therapeutic process and exploring how spiritual beliefs can be a source of healing, meaning, resilience, and hope.

Seeking support can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and a fuller life.
