Personal statements:

Life is complicated. From time to time, we all need extra support. Maybe you are experiencing anxiety or depression and aren't sure how to break the cycle. Maybe you want to heal from past trauma. Maybe you just want to feel like yourself again. No matter what challenges you may be facing, it’s my privilege to provide you with a safe space to overcome them. One of my favorite parts of counseling is completely customizing your experience to empower you to achieve your goals.

I specialize in trauma and perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss). I offer a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to counseling. If you’d like, I can integrate Christ-centered interventions. As your counselor, you’ll find that I’m warm, hopeful, and calm. I especially connect with women, young adults, and tweens.

I believe anyone can find hope, wholeness, and transformation through the process of counseling; I look forward to journeying with you!
