Personal statements:

There are times in our lives when we get to a point where things are just not working out for us and we may feel stuck and concerned because we just don’t know how to get to the next step in life. There are also times when our anger, anxiety, or depression seem out of control, making daily life miserable for us and the people around us. There are other times where we have had major life changes or traumatic experiences that we don’t always know how to process and move forward.

Therapy is a place where you can prioritize your mental health to regain control of your life and be excited and hopeful for the future. Therapy can be for everyone; it doesn’t mean that you are broken or that something is wrong with you. We all go through hard things in life and it would be an honor to walk with you in your healing process. I have a passion to work with people who are ready to take charge of their lives and make changes so that they can live lives of fullness and joy.
